Jesse, I have become addicted to your ‘Ultimate Health’ podcasts!
I find it difficult to begin my day without listening to an episode. Each one provides a daily dose of healthy thoughts and stimulation and putting into practice what I am learning from you and your guests is helping me to change my life and my lifestyle.
Living in the Caribbean makes it difficult to access some of the products you recommend but I do my best to substitute.
Thanks to you, I now research a lot more about what foods I eat, and how I prepare them. I also pay closer attention to the impact on my body, mind and emotions.
Thank you so very much!
Cassandra
