I’ve had Covid 3×2020, 2021 and 2022 with hospital. I have long-term Covid from the last illness. I have brain fog and many other problems. I need to be able to find the solutions but the best way to remember what I’ve listened to is also needed.Do you have a tape or books for me specifically?

I find that taking brief notes, which I read several times, is a good way to get the important points noted for future use. Must read or otherwise they don’t make sense later.
