I have listened to many of your podcasts. About 15 mins into this latest one i paused and had to go back and relisten to make sure I heard what I thought I heard .She describes practicing “boundaries” on low priority people vs. high. She referenced hair dressers in the low priority catagory. I must say I had to listen a few times. Did I really just here this? I am a hair dresser and took offense, are we really making judjements here Dr Cole? like there is some heirarchy to go by. Stopped listening immediately, I may go back but for now maybe unsubscribing might be best.
PS I have a good friend who is a mail carrier as well and we are both doing quite well!
WTH? please pay attention to content , who knows who’s listening
