I’m a faithful listener but did not like episode #522.
I try to eat “healthy” but with all the conflicting advice I don’t know what’s healthy to eat anymore. According to your latest guest, beans, seeds, nuts, kale, spinach, avacado oil!, fish (he’s right about the pollution in fish), and chicken are not healthy to eat.
That’s half of my diet. So I turned it off after he said that chicken is bad too. He seems to approve of grass fed beef but not everyone can afford to eat that all the time, and the cattle industry is TERRIBLE for climate change.
