Hi, my name is John Graham. I’ve been a diabetic for 20 years. I would like to know what foods I could eat.
My sugar is go up-and-down up and down. I go from 13 down to 3.1and back up.

I do fast intermittently for years but after having FBG of 123 (when I was superfasted) I started following my BS. Normal first thing in a.m. and low even postprandial, but way elevated in more fasting state. My A1C rose from 5.0 to 5.6 with time. I understand the liver/glucagon phenomenon but isn’t this ” bad?” Is the phenomenon elevating my A1C? I am very concerned.

This is was a great informative podcast. Could you please also share more insight on what foods people can use to reverse Diabetes Type 2 or avoid going into Pre-Diabetic zone. Its is struggle to know what foods are low in carbs for Vegetarians.
