hey Jesse, why is Tamari better than soy? Just because its gluten free? Also is there a way to access past episodes that I’ve already listened to (or missed)?
Jesse Chappus says
Hey Mariette – yes Marni and I stick with Tamari because it’s gluten free. Make sure and find an organic one, as well.

Loved the podcast as usual! I just have a quick question, Steve mentionned a study by Dr. Mercola and I can’t remember what it was about. I remember thinking wow, I need to look into this….Can’t remember if it was about fasting, grounding or digestion…..would you remember by any chance?
Jesse Chappus says
Hey Tina! Thanks for the support!
The study was on probiotic veggies. The conclusion was 2 ounces of probiotic vegetables are like having a whole bottle of the probiotic capsules. If you were to take a couple of probiotic capsules and then take a spoonful of probiotic vegetables, the capsules become obsolete.
All the best!!
Tina Joly says
Ah yessss!!! I need to find that study, so interesting!!!! Need to share this! Thanks Jesse
