This podcast landed in my feed with perfect timing… I am so fed up with guessing if I should be eating only meat, only plants, and everything in-between. I want to just get back to the basics of eating with intuition and treating food as information for my body. I might just give this plant based eating a whirl. Thank you for sharing… Oh and nice to hear a CDN gal from the prairies!! xo
