Hi there, I love your podcast. it is cut to the chase and informative. I do have a question with this episode and thought that you would have the transcript on this website, but could not find any… the four things Dr William Davis mentioned : collagen, asthaxanthin, and hyluronic acid and roteri? the last one is a probiotic microbe, can you please provide the spelling and also advise on where I can purchase it? thanks

In Dr. Davis’s book Super Gut, he speaks repeatedly of the bacteria L. Reuteri and suggests making a yogurt with this bacteria to greatly increase the bacterial count. And then he suggests eating 1/2 cup of this special yogurt per day . You can find the details in his book. It is an informative and easy read. Good luck.
