Robert Ludwig, M.D.,, podcast about reversing prediabetes and diabetes makes sense. Fat, which types of fat are best. Which types of fat should not be eaten together because liver is overloaded. How glucose and fat is transported through the cell membrane to attach to mitochondria. How sugar is broken into glucose + fructose. How the fiber feeds bacteria (flora) in the intestine. Vegans miss amino acids tryptophan, methylene, as well fats EPA and DHA, so vegans should eat wild caught fish two times a week. Whole Foods, fiber, meat, fish. Limit sugar to 25 grams per day (6 teaspoons) is all the liver can metabolize. Do not eat, trans fats, ultra processed foods. Think of smoothies, juice, sugar in food and drinks as ultra processed.

Can you share reference that algae oil only contains DHA and no EPA? Commercial products seems to have both so I am a little confused
