Dr. Berry, How do I join the carnivore community. I have health issues and many questions and my Dr. Really doesn’t know how to help me. I really need your advice. I’m type 2 diabetic and take victozia 1.8 g every morning, quick pin lispro up to 4 times a day, and lantas solar star 50 mg a day. She has been steadily increasing insulin for years and I am not getting better. I take losartin, hydrochlorothiazide (25mg) each every day. I have high cholesterol 320. Ldl is 257. I have fatty liver and probably fatty pancreas. I take gabapentin because of the neuropathy in my feet. I will say since I started the carnivore diet Sept 16,24, that I don’t wake up at night with severe pain in my feet and toes. I believe the inflammation may be letting up a little. I expect that I have a lot of inflammation and that I probably want get healthy and be able to lose 120 lbs until I greatly improve these health issues. Since I have started the carnivore diet. I do not get hungry. Eating the carbs l was told to eat, l starved all the time. I want to learn everything l can so l can get healthy and live. I’m 62 years old, 269 lbs I can’t seem to lose weight and keep it off. Please help. Tanya Collins
