Struggling with severe histamine problems and most of the probiotics out there just make the problem worse. These I will continue to take as I try to dig myself out of this GI mess I am in.😣

I have multiple GI problems and these digestive enzymes are working far better than any other digestive enzyme I have tried before. My digestion got so much worse when I fell into a awful hypothyroid state from central hypothyroidism and am struggling so bad histamine problems. I take 2 capsules with each meal. Hoping to heal fast so I can get back to my passion of running 🙏🏼

That, paired with the prenatal chewable vitamin, allows me to get my life back as someone with an autoimmune disorder. I take 1 serving in the morning and hold it in my mouth for its highest absorption. This is, of course, after my glass of S.K. electrolyte mix that I sip first thing in the morning to help with my POTS. Thanks a million, Seeking Health and staff. I recently have been diagnosed with mcas and have been suffering over 20 yrs.. Joined a few groups on facebook and everyone was posting about seeking health supplements so i thought id give it a try.. and im so glad i did.. I drop my few droplets straight into my tongue, super easy and simple. If tastes like olive oil, very easy on the buds. I'd recommend!

I didn’t find Dr. Lynch or StrateGene until after I’d already started testing with Sequencing.com (or I would have tested thru SelfDecode). Thankfully it worked! This is a great report and I’m learning so much. As the name implies, the report is helping me strategically implement changes to improve my health. It’s really informative and empowering to have this information. Totally worth the price.
